Greenhaven Farm

  The lesson horses of Greenhaven Farm have a wide variety of experiences and talents.

   Immy is a 34 –year-old, 13.2 hand, liver chestnut Welsh pony cross. She was Greenhaven's first lesson pony and has proven herself to be an indispensable teacher.  She has earned her nick name as the Queen of Greenhaven and is trusted completely with the most timid of beginner riders. 

  Maggie is a 18-year-old, 15.2 hand lovely bay Quarter Horse.  Her laid back, couch potato attitude makes her a perfect choice for beginners.

  Katie is a lovely 16-year-old black 16 hand Percheron Thoroughbred cross who has a puppy dog personality.    She is well suited to larger riders, is beginner friendly but capable of jumping 2'6” courses in style, and loves to please.

    Ever is a 10-year-old chestnut Quarter Horse.  She is a fantastic mover and is highly competitive at horse shows.   She has a bit of a “boss mare” attitude on the ground but loves to please when ridden.  She is a fantastic mount for intermediate riders.

   Li’l Sebastian is an 18-year-old palomino Shetland pony. He is small, sweet, and a tad bit spunky - the perfect attitude for teaching intermediate riders.

   Fisher was born at Greenhaven in 2004.  Currently 10-years-old, he is 17 hand dark bay Percheron Thoroughbred cross who we consider a giant Teddy Bear because of his charming loveable personality.  Because he is still young and impressionable, he is currently reserved for more advanced students.

   Cyrano is a lively 14-year-old bay 16 hand Thoroughbred Paint cross.  He has enormous talent and a tremendous desire to please and is highly competetive at horse shows.  He is best suited for teaching advanced students
